What to Expect
My classes mix Hatha flows for static holds with Vinyasa for movement. If you want something different, we use Danda yoga with a simple wooden stick for spinal alignment, and floor-based drills that mimic aerial yoga for that floating feeling.
We keep it real. We sweat, we breathe, and we push through challenges because if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. Shukrana for being part of this journey with me. Let's make changes together.
