This is a variation of Sirsasana, the headstand, performed in my studio. Inversions like this are amazing for calming the mind, improving circulation, and building core and upper body strength.
Yoga is my heart and soul. This video shows a glimpse of a Surya Namaskar flow, a foundational sequence that warms up the entire body and connects breath with movement.

A demonstration of Padahastasana, the Hand-Under-Foot Pose. This deep forward bend stretches the hamstrings and calves while massaging the digestive organs.
A calming outdoor practice of Halasana (Plow Pose) and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). These poses are excellent for calming the nervous system and stretching the entire back of the body.
About Core Strength & Flexibility
In my sessions, we focus on breathwork to tap into your core stability. Whether we are practicing Danda yoga or Hatha flows, I provide live form corrections on Zoom to ensure you are moving safely. You will feel the difference in your posture and energy levels within just a few classes.
Building Foundation Online
Core strength is not about having a flat stomach, it is about stability and how you carry yourself through the day. My online yoga classes for women emphasize building this foundation through consistent practice. When you join, we are not just doing exercises, we are resetting your mood and attitude.

We mix Hatha yoga for static holds, Vinyasa for movement, and Danda yoga to help with spinal alignment. This variety ensures you are not just getting stronger, but also becoming more flexible. I also include specific drills for those interested in aerial adaptations using floor-based techniques. Every session concludes with breathwork to help you find your sukoon.
