About Yoga & Flexibility Coaching
Why I Practice (and Teach) Yoga
Yoga isn't about looking perfect for the gram or touching your toes on day one. I’ve spent months falling out of handstands and twisting like a pretzel, but progress? That’s what keeps me hooked. For me, the real work starts when you want to give up on a pose. That's where mindset comes in. I want to help you find that stubborn strength inside yourself too.
What We’ll Work On
I coach flexibility and strength in a way that’s practical and honest. Here’s how we break it down:
- Flexibility: We’ll target splits, deep backbend techniques, hip openers, and forward folds. Whether you’re stiff or already super bendy, I’ve got drills that work.
- Inversions & Balance: Handstand progression training, headstands, and arm balances like Crow. I’ve eaten dust learning these, so I know how to make it less scary.
- Flow & Alignment: We do both Vinyasa and Hatha for flow and precise alignment. If you’re curious, aerial yoga is also an option for that flying feeling.
How We Get There
- Alignment is non-negotiable. “Check yourself before you wreck yourself.”
- Discipline over comfort. We’ll push, but never at the cost of safety.
- It’s really about mind-body strength coaching. The real win is feeling calm and strong in your own skin.
Why It Matters
At the end, it’s not about being the bendiest in the room but feeling balanced, steady, and a bit more at peace. Zindagi badi honi chahiye (Life should be grand), right?

My Story
I’m Vaishnavi, and honestly, I’m always chasing something new. One day I’m upside down practicing handstands, next day I’m dragging myself through a marathon (trust me, running isn’t my thing). I’ve tried everything from yoga in Leh to swinging a Gada, even scuba diving. My parents call it 'midnight madness', I call it living. For me, the best part is that moment you’re ready to quit—when you push through, that’s where real magic happens.
My Work
What I teach - Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial), calisthenics, Mugdar/Gada strength, and running coaching. All personalized.
How I train - Progress over perfection. We chase balance, grit, and a stronger mind—more than just looking fit.
Who should join - If you want more than just aesthetics, if you’re okay with failing and trying again, you’ll fit right in.
Session vibes - Expect surprises—maybe beginner handstand coaching, maybe Mugdar swings. Show up, do the work, celebrate progress.
