I am a warrior, not because I always win, but because I will always fight. This is the spirit of Virabhadrasana, the Warrior Pose, which we practice to build inner strength and resilience against life's challenges.
Experience the feeling of flight with Aerial Yoga. Using a silk hammock, we decompress the spine, improve flexibility, and build full-body strength in a fun, gravity-defying workout.
Discover Danda Yoga, where we use a staff as a prop to deepen stretches and improve alignment. This practice is excellent for increasing flexibility in the spine and shoulders and energizing the entire body.
Yoga is a lifelong exploration of the body and mind. Here I am in Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, by a serene lake, a posture that strengthens the legs and torso while improving balance.
This is a variation of Sirsasana, the headstand, performed in my studio. Inversions like this are amazing for calming the mind, improving circulation, and building core and upper body strength.
Yoga is my heart and soul. This video shows a glimpse of a Surya Namaskar flow, a foundational sequence that warms up the entire body and connects breath with movement.

I teach live, not pre-recorded, because I need to see you to guide you. When you join my Zoom sessions, please keep your camera on. Whether we are using a simple wooden stick for Danda yoga or working on core stability, I will correct your form verbally in real-time, just like I would in a physical studio.
My online fitness tribe is built on accountability and real connection. We move away from the idea that fitness is just about aesthetics. Instead, we focus on what your body can actually do—whether that is holding a challenging Hatha pose, decompressing the spine with floor-based aerial drills, or finding alignment using a Danda (staff).
How My Classes Work
- Interactive Sessions: Every class is live on Zoom. I don't just demonstrate; I observe. This ensures you get the same form corrections you would in a one-on-one session.
- Variety in Movement: We cycle through Hatha yoga for static holds, Vinyasa flows for movement, and specialised Danda yoga to fix posture and shoulder mobility. It keeps the body guessing and prevents the plateau.
- Mindset & Breathwork: Every class ends with 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama. This isn't just 'cooling down'; it is about training your brain to stay calm under pressure.
