About Yoga for Fitness and Flexibility
I keep it real—yoga isn't just fancy stretches or Insta-worthy poses. For me, it's about tuning into my breathing, moving my body with intention, and actually enjoying the process (even on days when I'd rather chill and eat noodles).
What to Expect
- Classes are all online, so you can roll out your mat wherever you are.
- If you're thinking, "But I'm not flexible," you're actually in the right place. We build flexibility and strength together—no one starts out doing splits.
- I teach a mix of hatha (slow, steady, lots of focus on alignment) and vinyasa (think: moving with your breath, getting your heart rate up).
- Focus is on mindful movement practice, not beating yourself up for what you can or can’t do. Show up, move a little, breathe a little, that’s enough.
How I Teach
- I care a lot about good alignment. I’ll point out what to do, what not to do, and how to use props or the wall to help your body out.
- Sessions usually build in some yoga for tight hips and hamstrings, plus my favourite: core strength yoga flow (expect a spicy 5-min core blast).
- Modifications and options for every level—no pressure to go beyond what feels safe.
The Real Side
Some days, motivation is low. That’s normal. Just showing up counts. I believe yoga should feel accessible, not intimidating. If you’re curious about at-home yoga for mobility, this is a space to learn at your own pace, no judgment.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sanjana. Yoga keeps me sane, but honestly, some days I just roller-skate in my hallway to shake off the stress. My dog Puttagobi taught me more about rising up than any textbook ever could. Life throws 'apariharya artha' (situations you can't dodge), but I try to find balance—sometimes on the mat, sometimes just goofing around. I believe our thoughts shape us, so I keep trying, falling, and getting back up. That’s me.
My Work
Yoga Classes for All Levels - I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, beginner flexibility yoga, core blast yoga sessions, and posture correction yoga.
Desk Yoga & Sleep Routines - Special desk yoga for office workers, plus evening flows to help you wind down and sleep better.
Yoga Philosophy Explained - I break down the 'why' behind the poses, mixing science and the wisdom of Yoga Sutras.
No Perfection Needed - Consistency matters, not perfect lines. Even 20 minutes is enough. Just show up for you.
