My Take on Fitness
For me, fitness isn’t just about lifting heavy or holding a perfect yoga pose. I’m a bit pagal (crazy) about mixing things up - I love the combo of gym strength and yoga calm. It’s about feeling good inside your head, not just looking fit.
What Training with Me Feels Like
I mix traditional strength training with calisthenics progressions. We celebrate the small wins - trust me, I still remember the struggle of that first push-up and the grind for a pistol squat.
- Gym days? We’ll use free weights and machines, making sure your form’s on point and you’re not getting injured.
- Bodyweight stuff? Oh, we’ll nail those push-ups, pull-ups and squats. I get it, some moves are tough, but you’ll get there.
- I’m big on hybrid fitness routines. We’ll blend gym work with yoga-inspired moves for flexibility and balance. Full mind-body fitness approach, really.

My Story
Hey, I’m Priya. If you see my Insta reels and think I was born doing handstands, nah, not at all. Two years ago, knees push-ups were my Everest! I’d joke, ‘Naa ho payga mere se’ but I stuck with it. For me, discipline wins over motivation, every single time. Yoga is my peace, my happy place. When I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me chilling in Goa or dancing with my chuddybuddies. Life’s about those little magic moments.
