This is my style in class. I'll show you the technique, I'll give you the instructions, but bhai, mehnat toh khud karni padegi (you have to put in the work yourself). My job is to guide you, your job is to show up and do the work.

Don't come here expecting gentle stretching and meditation music. My sessions are about building real, functional strength using a mix of dynamic Ashtanga flows and traditional Indian Dand circuits. If you are ready to put in the effort, we will work on your stamina and mobility properly.

My approach is heavily rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa style, paired with Desi Dand (Hindu push-ups) to build raw upper body power. Whether you are dealing with a desk-job hunchback, looking for sustainable weight loss without crash diets, or want to master inversions like Headstands, the foundation remains the same: discipline.
I keep batch sizes small (approx. 8–15 students) in Bellandur to ensure I can give you physical adjustments and correct your alignment. If you cannot make it in person, my live online classes follow the exact same high-intensity curriculum, just via Zoom.
