About this collection

You do not need flexibility or previous experience to join these sessions. We replace the usual workout mindset with a focus on your parasympathetic nervous system, using tools like Tibetan singing bowls and aerial silks to help you physically let go. It is a strictly device-free space, so leave your watch and phone in the locker, walk in, and we will handle the rest.

Our Signature Practices

  • Sound Bath Immersion: Using authentic Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we guide you into a meditative state. The sound vibrations help quiet the mind where silence alone often fails.
  • Cocoon Nidra: We use aerial hammocks to support your body weight, creating a feeling of suspension. This setup relieves pressure on joints and allows for a profound, sleep-like rest that sitting or lying on a mat rarely achieves.
  • Nervous System Reset: These workshops are tailored to switch off the mental chatter, using soft lighting and curated soundscapes to create a safe container for stillness.

What to Expect at the Studio

We run these sessions in our Whitefield studios, which we have kept intentionally simple. You will not find mirrors, loud music, or bright white lights here. Our environment is distraction-free, with a mandatory no-phone policy. We provide the mats, bolsters, and blocks—you only need to bring yourself.
