Step into a space designed to quiet the noise. No mirrors, no devices, just an hour to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.

This is an invitation to meet in the real world, away from the constant stream of online content. My studio is a physical space for you to experience calm firsthand, which is why I prioritize the in-person experience over creating digital content.

To help you truly disconnect, the studio is a strict device-free zone. I ask everyone to deposit their phones and smartwatches in a locker, giving your mind a much-needed break from digital distractions and allowing you to be fully present.

SAMA, or सम, represents a state of balance and tranquility. My studio is a premium space in Bangalore dedicated to mental wellness through practices drawn from Yoga, Zen, and Sound Therapy, all designed to help you find your inner balance.

I created this space because our minds rarely get the same attention as our bodies. While we use technology to track physical fitness, I believe the mind needs a physical sanctuary away from digital distractions to truly find calm and rest.

Each class is structured to balance the body and mind. We use props like bolsters, blankets, and singing bowls to support the practice. The first half of the class prepares the body, while the second half is dedicated to a calm mind practice.

A quick look at a Saturday morning here, where members engage in different practices. You can see the entrance, our device-free policy in action, and glimpses of Reformer Pilates and mat meditation happening simultaneously in our space.

When you arrive at our Whitefield studios, the first thing you will do is place your phone and smartwatch in a dedicated locker. This is not just a rule, but an invitation to leave the digital noise at the door. By removing these distractions, we create a truly mirror-less, device-free environment where your hour on the mat belongs entirely to you, not your notifications.
