A daily practice that balances movement with stillness. We combine physical training with guided breathwork and meditation to help you reconnect and recharge.

I offer classes all seven days of the week, with multiple time slots from early morning to evening. This schedule is designed to make it easy for you to fit a calm mind class into your busy life.

My Sound Mind classes focus on classical yoga and meditation to help reduce distractions and increase focus. These sessions are perfect for building a strong foundation in both physical postures and mental stillness.

The Sound Breath classes are centered on restorative yoga and breathwork. I guide you through gentle, supported postures designed to reduce stress and anxiety, helping to calm the nervous system.

My unique framework is Move, Breathe, Meditate. I believe next-generation wellness is not just physical; it's about integrating movement, breath, and meditation for a truly holistic approach to your well-being.

A class at SAMA is designed to create mind and body balance. We always start with preparing the body through movement before guiding the mind into a state of calm.

Making yourself a priority is the first step. This video shows members moving with intention, using resistance bands and weights, before settling into deep rest. You are your longest commitment.

A moment of inner stillness during a standing posture. I believe that finding this quiet focus within yourself is what builds true outer strength.

Rest is not a reward you earn after work; it is an essential part of the work itself. Here, members are seen transitioning from rest to a seated meditative pose, integrating stillness into their practice.

My SAMA Pilates classes blend classical workouts with my signature calm mind practice. We focus on mindful movement to tone the body and build strength, always ending with a period of quiet reflection.

Before you step onto the mat, leave your phone and watch in the locker. We keep our studio entirely device-free and mirror-less, which means there is nowhere to hide or compare—just you, your breath, and 60 minutes of guided movement followed by deep rest.
