A daily practice that balances movement with stillness. We combine physical training with guided breathwork and meditation to help you reconnect and recharge.

I offer classes all seven days of the week, with multiple time slots from early morning to evening. This schedule is designed to make it easy for you to fit a calm mind class into your busy life.

My Sound Mind classes focus on classical yoga and meditation to help reduce distractions and increase focus. These sessions are perfect for building a strong foundation in both physical postures and mental stillness.

The Sound Breath classes are centered on restorative yoga and breathwork. I guide you through gentle, supported postures designed to reduce stress and anxiety, helping to calm the nervous system.

My unique framework is Move, Breathe, Meditate. I believe next-generation wellness is not just physical; it's about integrating movement, breath, and meditation for a truly holistic approach to your well-being.

A class at SAMA is designed to create mind and body balance. We always start with preparing the body through movement before guiding the mind into a state of calm.

Making yourself a priority is the first step. This video shows members moving with intention, using resistance bands and weights, before settling into deep rest. You are your longest commitment.

About this collection

Before you step onto the mat, leave your phone and watch in the locker. We keep our studio entirely device-free and mirror-less, which means there is nowhere to hide or compare—just you, your breath, and 60 minutes of guided movement followed by deep rest.

The MBM Framework

Our core offering, Move, Breathe, Meditate (MBM), is built on a 50/50 split. We dedicate the first half of every session to Asana or functional movement to release physical tension and build strength. The second half is for the mind. We transition into guided breathwork, sound baths, or deep rest techniques like Cocoon Nidra to soothe the nervous system.

Why No Mirrors?

Most fitness spaces are designed for performance and vanity. SAMA is designed for sensation. By removing mirrors, we remove the urge to watch yourself or critique your form. This forces the focus inward—towards how a posture feels in your body rather than how it looks to others. It turns a workout into a practice of self-awareness.

Your Practice, Your Pace

We operate out of two locations in Whitefield—Hopefarm and Siddapura—with a full schedule that runs seven days a week. Whether you are looking for a gentle start to your day or a way to decompress in the evening, our small-batch classes ensure you get individual attention from the instructor.

We welcome everyone, regardless of your fitness level or prior experience. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up. Our sessions are designed to be sustainable, helping you build a consistent habit rather than chasing quick, unsustainable results.
