A glimpse into my studio where we move, breathe, and find stillness. Here, we leave the noise outside to reconnect with ourselves.

This is my signature Cocoon Yoga Nidra experience. You are suspended weightlessly in a soft hammock, allowing for a unique and profound state of deep relaxation that helps reset the nervous system. It is a truly restorative practice for both body and mind.

Immerse yourself in a Sound Bath, a deeply meditative experience where you are bathed in the healing vibrations of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls. This is a passive form of meditation where you simply lie back and let the frequencies wash over you, promoting deep calm.

A glimpse into a typical class, where we move from strengthening the body together to finding collective stillness. My classes are not about competition, but about showing up, supporting one another, and finding your own calm, even through challenges.

Welcome to my studio. I have intentionally created a light-filled, clutter-free space with no mirrors. This environment is designed to minimize distractions and help you turn your focus inward, allowing for a more personal and present practice.

A day at SAMA unfolds with different forms of mindful practice. From early morning yoga and mid-day aerial sessions to reformer workouts and evening meditation, there is always an opportunity to find your moment of calm with me.

I also bring the calm mind experience to corporate teams. Here is a guided breathwork session with a large group in their office, creating a moment of collective silence and recharge during a busy workday.

This is the part of the class we all wait for, the final relaxation. After moving the body, we allow it to soften completely. I guide you into a state of deep release, letting go of tensions you didn't even know you were holding.

You won't find a single clock or phone in my studio. We keep it strictly device-free, with dedicated lockers for your watches and phones, so you can truly hit pause. When you step onto the mat here, the only thing you need to focus on is the rhythm of your own breath, not your notifications or performance.
