We believe calm is a practice, but it's also a shared experience. From our anniversary milestones to International Yoga Day gatherings, here is a glimpse of the community we’ve built together at SAMA.

Meet some of the instructors who hold space for you at SAMA. We are all dedicated to guiding you on your journey to find calm and are excited to host special workshops for International Yoga Day.

A recap of our International Yoga Day celebration. We moved, we breathed, we meditated, but we also laughed, unplugged, and enjoyed nourishing food together. Calm is also found in these moments of joyful connection.

A look back at the big changes our community made in 2024. Together, we practiced over 2000 hours of calm mind sessions across more than 20 unique formats, from Yoga Dance Flow to Reformer Pilates.

Celebrating our first anniversary. In just one year, our members have added 5000 hours of calm to their lives. It was heartening to hear how this space has helped their minds first and foremost.

What is a calm mind? My Program Director, Meghna Verma, shares her perspective. She describes it as a stress-free mind where you can achieve a state of silence without delving into too many things.

My Breathwork Lead, Mohanraj A., explains that silence requires constant observation and stillness. He shares how guidance and breathwork are essential tools to help the mind calm down and enter a state of silence.

Welcome to SAMA. The name itself, सम, means tranquility and calmness of the mind. This is the foundation of everything I offer here at the studio.

About Our Community

You won't find competitive fitness tracking here because we don't allow devices in our studio. Instead, our community gathers for over 20 unique formats, from Cocoon Nidra to sound baths, designed specifically to help you disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with yourself.
