Guided Group Yoga Classes in Paschim Vihar
Join my daily sessions, online or at my Paschim Vihar studio, to build strength and mindfulness together. I guide you through each asana with simple cues to keep your practice safe and steady.
A glimpse into our 'Purva Yoga Abhyas' session. The entire class moves together through various asanas, including inversions and core strengthening postures, creating a powerful collective energy.
My regular yoga class, open for all levels, practicing a synchronized Surya Namaskar flow. You can join these sessions online or offline to build a consistent practice.
This video shows a typical class flow, moving from standing forward bends to bridge pose and shoulder stands. We finish every session with Savasana for complete relaxation.
In our advanced yoga class, we work with props like blocks and straps to safely explore deeper poses. Here you can see students working on their flexibility and balance with guidance.
We begin our morning classes with Om chanting to center our minds and connect with our breath. This practice sets a calm and focused tone for the asana session that follows.
About The Group Class Experience
In our group sessions, we use props like blocks and straps not just for advanced poses, but to ensure everyone, regardless of current flexibility, can hold the posture correctly without injury. You will find that practicing in a group pushes you further than you would go alone, but I am always there to personally correct your alignment and offer cues during the practice.
When you join my group classes, whether you step into my Paschim Vihar studio or log in from your living room, the goal remains the same: steady, mindful progress. I believe yoga is not a race, and you will hear me repeat, 'breathe karte raho' (keep breathing), throughout our practice.
My sessions follow a structured flow. We begin with grounding exercises and Om chanting to focus the mind, followed by warm-ups that prepare the body. The core of the class involves Hatha and Vinyasa movements where we focus on synchronization and breath control. We end with Savasana to allow the nervous system to reset.
You do not need to be flexible to start. In fact, that is why you come. I use props like blocks and straps to modify poses, ensuring that even if you are a beginner, you are working safely.
Why join my group sessions?
- Consistency: Having a fixed time and a group to practice with keeps you accountable.
- Personalized Attention: Even in a group, I keep batch sizes small. I will personally adjust your posture to ensure you are doing it right.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Not in Paschim Vihar? My live Zoom sessions offer the same energy and guidance as my in-person studio classes.
- Traditional Roots: We do not just chase fitness. We practice Pranayama and meditation, ensuring the inner peace you seek is actually found.
