About The Sai Boxing Family
You might walk in alone, but you won't train alone. Whether you’re hitting the mitts or doing tire flips, there is always someone in the squad pushing you to finish that last rep.
We aren't a gym with membership cards. We are an academy where the ground is our floor and the sky is our roof. When you join our boxing family, you sign up for sweat and discipline. Our training in Katwaria Sarai focuses on functional movement that builds actual power. You will learn the basics of boxing technique and how to use your body effectively. We mix intense pad work, bag work, and sparring with desi functional exercises like tire flips and sledgehammer drills. It is not about looking good; it is about being capable. We welcome students, professionals, and anyone who is ready to put in the work. If you are serious about your fitness and ready to sweat, you fit right in. This is about real-world boxing training, not machine-assisted workouts.
