Monthly Group Kickboxing & Boxing Membership
Training Structure
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 5 sessions per week based on batch selection.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per class covering warm-up, drills, and conditioning.
- Curriculum: Instruction in Dutch Kickboxing and Western Boxing (Philly Shell defense style).
Facility & Gear
- Environment: Non-AC setup; HSR Layout (commercial flooring) or Hosa Road (rooftop/shed style).
- Flooring: 25mm to 40mm EVA interlocking puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Equipment: Usage of Invincible/Venum hanging heavy bags and shared kick shields.
- Conditioning: Access to skipping ropes, resistance bands, and basic weights.
Supervision
- Coaching: Led by State/National Medalist coaches.
- Sparring: Light technical sparring under supervision (students usually provide own mouth/shin guards).
1-on-1 Private Technical Coaching
Personal Instruction
- Focus: 100% undivided attention from Head Coach or Senior Instructor.
- Pad Work: Intensive 3 to 5 rounds of focus mitt and Thai pad holding for high-impact feedback.
- Technique: Immediate correction of micro-errors in footwork, stance, and striking mechanics.
Customization
- Pacing: Curriculum adjusted to fitness levels, ranging from cardio focus to competition prep.
- Advanced Skills: Training on distance management, feints, and complex combinations.
- Scheduling: Flexible booking options for off-peak hours outside of group batch timings.

My Approach
For me, fighting is like chess, not a bar fight. It’s all about strategy, not just throwing punches. I believe in learning from every opponent and leaving ego at the door. Technique and smart moves matter more than brute strength. We train as a team, and everyone helps each other get better.
What You’ll Learn
Whether you want to get fit, learn self-defense, or just blow off steam, I cover both kickboxing and boxing basics. Expect a lot of pad work, bag drills, and footwork. We focus on the fundamentals, powerful combos, and building cardio. Boxing is about timing, leverage, and defense - not just swinging wild.
Who Can Join
You don’t need to be fit or know anything to start. I run beginner kickboxing classes at HSR Layout and Hosa Road (E-City). Kids (4+), adults, and women all train together. For kids, I focus on respect and discipline. Many women join to get stronger and more confident. Everyone’s welcome.
How We Train
We have group boxing workouts where the energy is high and everyone pushes each other. If you want something more personal, I do 1-on-1 sessions too, so you can go at your own pace and work on your goals.
Banni (come), even if you gothilla (don’t know) anything about fighting. You’ll feel chennagide (great) after a session.

Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sports run in my veins, from MMA to cricket, even PlayStation games back in the day—man, I ruled at Burnout! Now, I’d rather hit the court than hit the gym.
