Raw Strength & Conditioning Training
Forget the treadmill. We build real-world strength in the open air using tires, sledgehammers, and bodyweight drills under the sun.
Our morning training sessions often include conditioning work like running and bodyweight exercises. Here, clients are doing piggyback carries and frog jumps to build leg strength and stamina.
Bodyweight drills are a key part of our functional fitness coaching. This video shows clients doing various exercises like push-ups and core work under the coach's supervision.
Skipping is a fundamental exercise for any boxer. It improves footwork, coordination, and cardiovascular health, and it's a staple in our warm-ups.
Building core and shoulder strength with a headstand. This is an example of the bodyweight drills we incorporate into our fitness programs to develop overall physical control.
About Raw Strength & Conditioning
Our sessions happen in the open, specifically at Hauz Khas Deer Park and Katwaria Sarai. You will be working with heavy tires, sledgehammers, and bodyweight drills on the ground, not on a machine. Come prepared to sweat, get dust on your shoes, and train until your body adapts to the load. No walls, just functional work that builds actual endurance and power.
Why We Train Outdoors
Real strength is not built in an air-conditioned room. We train in the mitti (soil) because that is where your body learns to handle external factors like uneven ground, wind, and heat. This is not for the person looking to post selfies in a mirror. This is for the person who wants to flip tires, swing a sledgehammer, and push their lung capacity to the limit.
What to Expect in a Session
Every session is designed to make you work. We focus on:
- Functional Movement: Tire flips and sledgehammer slams for raw explosive power.
- Bodyweight Conditioning: High-rep pushups, squats, and burpees to build muscular endurance.
- Cardio & Agility: Sprints and skipping intervals that keep your heart rate high.
We do not provide locker rooms or showers. You arrive, you train, you leave. We operate on a 'no excuses' policy. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or an athlete needing to break a plateau, the training is scaled to your capability, provided you bring the effort.
