This is what one-on-one personal training looks like here. I'm in the ring with a client, working on pad drills to sharpen his punching combinations and defensive head movement. We focus on real technique.
We build asli taakat (real strength) in the open air. This is our functional fitness coaching in action with sledgehammer slams and tire flips to build explosive power and endurance. No fancy machines, just raw effort.

How We Train
We operate on a simple principle: Eat, Sleep, Train, Repeat. At Sai Boxing Academy, we believe that real boxers and athletes aren't made on treadmills. We train in the open air, utilizing the natural ground of Hauz Khas Deer Park and Katwaria Sarai to build functional power.
Core Training Focus
- Technical Boxing: You will spend significant time on pad work and mitts to sharpen your jab, cross, hooks, and defensive slips. We focus on form, not just sweating.
- Functional Strength: We use tools that build real-world strength. Expect tire flips, sledgehammer slams (Gada training), and intense bodyweight circuits like push-ups and squats.
- Conditioning: Our cardio isn't running on a machine. It's partner-assisted sprints on dirt tracks and skipping intervals that test your endurance.
