About Youth Boxing
Why We Do This
Kids have energy for days, right? We see it getting wasted in front of screens. At Invictus Play, we give them a place to move, play, and learn about themselves - not just about boxing. We want them to get creative, trust their bodies, and feel good about what they can do.
Our Approach
We don't do boring drills or lectures. Everything is built around play. Our "From Play to Performance" model combines sports science with fun, so kids actually want to show up. It's all about using boxing discipline for children as a tool for bigger life lessons.
- Learn boxing basics like powerful punching and smart footwork, but through games not lectures
- Improve agility, coordination, and strength with age-appropriate, bodyweight workouts
- No heavy weights; think tug-of-war, shuttle cone races, and partner games
Beyond Just Fitness
Boxing is mental too. We help kids grow discipline and focus that carries into school and life. They practice problem-solving on the spot and set their own weekly goals. It's youth fitness classes mixed with life skills.
What Changes
This isn't just another activity. Kids come out with:
- More confidence and real self-trust (boxing for self-confidence is real)
- Better posture, balance, and all-around athletic skills for kids
- Emotional resilience, teamwork, and new friendships
We're here to help kids build habits for life, not just for the ring. Let them move, learn, and find out what they're capable of.

My Story
We see kids bursting with energy, but so much of it gets lost behind screens. That bugged us. So, we started Invictus Play. For us, play is magic. It’s not just running around - it’s that spark when a kid does something they thought was impossible. Our coaches? Most of us grew up in sports, so we get it. We just want kids to feel strong, happy, and trust themselves. That’s what drives us.
My Work
Programs for Every Kid - Physical literacy for kids, playful gymnastics classes, personality development, and our kids boxing club. Ages 2.5 to 13.
Learning Through Play - We skip boring drills. Think tug of war, tail grab - games that teach coordination and teamwork.
Building Confidence - It’s more than fitness. We help kids trust themselves, grow confident, and feel good inside.
Thoughtful Sessions - Warm-ups, skill basics, then games. Coaches watch and guide every child, every time.
Screen-Free Zone - Kids move, make friends, build healthy habits. A real space for energy, not just sitting.
