Building Power: Boxing Bag Work and Shadow Boxing
Real power doesn't come from fancy machines. It comes from hitting the heavy bag until your knuckles ache and shadow boxing until your form is perfect. We train outdoors in the dust, building the stamina and speed you need for the ring.

This video shows different aspects of our training, from heavy bag work to defensive drills. Each exercise is designed to build a complete fighter.
Shadow boxing is key to perfecting form. Here you can see clients practicing their punches and footwork, one with light dumbbells to build shoulder endurance and speed.

About Building Power: Bag Work & Shadow Boxing
Before you touch the heavy bag, we focus on hand wrapping and stance correction. A common mistake people make is trying to swing for the fences immediately. We start with rhythm and technique, jab, cross, and movement, before we ever let you unload power.
Heavy bags are not just for venting frustration. We use them to condition your knuckles and build that deep, structural power that carries through a fight. You will see us hitting the bags with intent, not just volume. Shadow boxing is the other side of the coin. It is boring for some, but essential for us. This is where you learn to move like a fighter, not a gym goer. When you shadow box with small weights or just free flowing, you are teaching your body to maintain its guard and keep the rhythm under fatigue.
We train in the open air. There are no mirrors to check your hair. There is only the ground, the dust, and the work. If you are looking for a comfortable studio to post selfies, this is not it. If you want to sweat out the impurities and build actual endurance, you are in the right place. We keep it consistent, functional, and honest. Whether you are prepping for sparring or just want to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, the focus remains on proper punching mechanics and footwork efficiency. You show up, you listen to the technique, and you put in the hours.
