About One-on-One Coaching: Pad & Mitt Work
We do not waste time on repetitive gym routines here. In our one-on-one pad work, I personally drill your Jab, Cross, and defensive slips until your reactions are automatic. You will be on the mitts for the full 60 to 75 minutes, focusing entirely on your precision, speed, and real ring craft.
Boxing is not just about swinging your arms. It is about rhythm, distance, and defense. When we start a session, my focus is on your movement. I watch how you plant your feet, how you slip a punch, and how you set up your combos.
My training sessions are held in the open, usually at Hauz Khas Deer Park or Katwaria Sarai. We do not have locker rooms or fancy showers because the focus here is the work, not the amenities. We stick to the fundamentals: intensive mitt work, bag training to build power, and shadow boxing to master your movement. If you want to learn how to fight rather than just exercise, this is the place.
We don't do mass training where you get lost in a crowd. You get 100% of my attention. We correct your stance, fix your guard, and simulate fight scenarios so you can apply these skills if you ever need to. This is intense, hands-on, and authentic training for anyone who is serious about fitness and boxing, regardless of your current experience level.
