I run a women’s group fitness batch that’s all about putting in the work. My approach is shaped by what works for Taekwondo champs: discipline, sweat, and no shortcuts. If you want to see results, this is for you.
How We Train
- Every session mixes it up: bodyweight strength drills, group Zumba for ladies, agility work with cones and ladders, and a bit of that martial arts inspired fitness for women vibe.
- Expect to get stronger, quicker on your feet, and more confident in your movement.
- Some days you’ll love the energy, some days you’ll just feel the burn. Both matter.
The Dojang Vibe
We train in a proper dojang - safe mats, no frills, and everything you need for a real session. It’s about focus, not fancy mirrors or distractions.
What You’ll Actually Get
- Consistent group support and accountability
- Clear, tough guidance from me (but I’m not scary, promise)
- You’ll build real stamina and strength, not just drop a few calories
I won’t promise quick fixes. You come ready to work, and I’ll bring the rest. Hana, dul! (That’s one, two! in Korean - you’ll get used to it.)

My Story
We are Realistic World Taekwondo School, started by Master Aquilino Dhar, 4th Dan Black Belt. He went all the way to South Korea for real Taekwondo, not the watered-down stuff. Taekwondo is our life. Kids, ladies, seniors - all are family here. Seeing our students win medals at Delhi State and Nationals, that’s the real joy. Hana, dul! Taekwondo! Discipline, sweat, and some fun too.
My Work
Taekwondo & Fitness Classes - We train kids (5+), teens, seniors, and run ladies fitness Taekwondo and Zumba batches.
Competition Training - We push students for district, state, and national medals. Medal winning Taekwondo students are our pride.
Authentic Belt Grading - Led by South Korea certified 4th Dan, we offer real Poom and Dan belt grading for our students.
Discipline & Strength - Ladder drills, skipping, and strength work - whether you want medals or just to get fit, discipline first.
