About Competitive Taekwondo Coaching
What We Do
At Realistic World Taekwondo School, my focus is on building real competitors, not just teaching kicks and blocks. I’m Master Aquilino Dhar, 4th Dan Black Belt, trained in South Korea. I push my students hard, because that’s what it takes to get on the podium.
Training That Delivers Results
- We follow Olympic Taekwondo training standards and prepare you for actual fights - not just theory.
- Full-contact sparring (Kyorugi) in gear, with loads of partner drills to sharpen your timing and reactions.
- Technical sessions to get your kicks, punches, and footwork spot on for scoring.
- Strength and conditioning is serious here: agility drills, power jumps, bodyweight strength, and stamina work for the real grind.
For All Competitive Levels
- We train boys and girls in Sub-Junior, Cadet, and Junior categories.
- There’s a clear path from beginner to Kukkiwon certified black belt progression. Every step, we celebrate your milestones.
- Love forms? We’ve got competitive Poomsae coaching too - including Music Poomsae.
Results That Matter
My students have won medals at big events - Delhi State, All India, CBSE Nationals, and more. No fake promises, just hard-earned results.
Hana, dul! Taekwondo! (One, two! Taekwondo!). Training’s tough. But if you want that medal, you’ll fit right in.
