My Approach: Mehnat First, Dikhawa Last
You can buy new shoes, fancy gear, but a fit body? Only mehnat
(hard work) buys that. That’s my style. When you show up to my group fitness classes, you get no shortcuts, just real work and real progress. I bring pura (full) shiddat (intensity) to every session, and I’ll call you out if you’re slacking. No fake motivation, no dikhawa (pretence) - just honest sweat.
What Happens in Class
Forget boring routines. Each class is a mix:
- Zumba dance classes for energy and fun
- Power yoga flows and tough asanas for flexibility and calm
- Old-school aerobics and steppers for stamina
- CrossFit-style strength and conditioning sessions - tires, ladders, box jumps, the works
- Core and abs focused drills - sometimes I even run special “stomach classes”
I run every session myself. I’ll be there to fix your form, push you when you want to quit, and celebrate the wins, even the small ones.
Who’s This For?
Anyone with the right attitude. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already smashing it. I push everyone, but I especially want more women to get into strength training. Your fitness level is not as important as your mindset.
Real Talk
Your body, your responsibility. Jo mehnat karega, result bhi wahi dekh lega (Whoever works hard, will see the results). Show up, give your best. Life outside the gym sudhar jaayegi (will get better) too.

Training Style - Mehnat aur discipline se hi result aata hai. No shortcuts, only hard work and consistency.
Who Can Join - Kids, adults, especially women. Group classes and home personal training available for all.
My Approach - I ask about sleep, food, injuries, and set real goals. No cheating, just hormone balancing workouts and support.
