My women's fitness batch is built on the principles of martial arts discipline. We use a mix of bodyweight strength, agility drills, and cardio to build functional strength and stamina. Expect a challenging workout in a focused environment.

This is what a typical session looks like. Here, my women's fitness group works through high-energy agility drills using cones on the dojang mats. We focus on building speed, coordination, and stamina together.

Our workouts are varied to keep you challenged. This video shows a mix of cardio step exercises and fundamental Taekwondo kicking drills, which are excellent for building lower body strength and flexibility.

We use agility ladders and step platforms to improve footwork, coordination, and cardiovascular health. These drills are a core part of our women's group fitness program, designed to make you quicker and more agile.

About Women's Group Fitness: Real Sweat, Real Results

This is not a casual gym session where you walk on a treadmill. I use the same agility ladders, plyometric steppers, and target paddles that my Taekwondo athletes use for speed, coordination, and stress relief. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will see actual progress in your stamina and strength.

Our Approach to Fitness

I believe fitness should be practical and results-driven. My group batches for ladies are designed to move you past plateaus using techniques developed for martial arts conditioning. We focus on high-intensity training that keeps your heart rate up and improves functional movement patterns.

The Training Facility

We train in a professional dojang, not a commercial gym. The floor is covered with 25mm to 30mm thick EVA interlocking mats. This is specific to reduce impact on your knees and ankles, allowing you to train harder without the joint pain often associated with harder flooring. We do not use mirrors or distracting decor. The focus is on the work.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Rhythmic Cardio: High-energy Zumba and aerobics driven by a PA system to maximize calorie burn.
  • Agility Work: We use nylon ladders and PVC cones to improve your reaction speed and balance.
  • Kick-Fit Drills: Using target paddles, these exercises tone your upper body and provide a focused outlet for stress.
  • Strength Conditioning: Mat-based core work, including planks and leg raises, to build stability.

Whether you are looking to lose weight or simply build stamina, I provide the guidance to ensure your form is correct. You bring the consistency, and I will handle the program structure.

I am Master Aquilino Dhar, a 4th Dan Black Belt. I graduated from Daekyeung University in South Korea and now I bring that same discipline to my women’s fitness batches here in Najafgarh. We focus on sweat and real results, not just going through the motions.
