- Ending: 5-10 mins of floor work (planks/crunches) for core.
- Instruction: Lead instructors perform routines alongside the batch.

- Flooring: 4mm-6mm PVC Green Gym Matting.
- Cooling: Wall-mounted fans and residential Split AC units.
- Audio: High-volume playback via Tower Speakers/PA System.
- Storage: Shared cubby holes (client must bring own lock).
