I do not just teach martial arts, I train competitors. See the results my students achieve at district, state, and national championships through disciplined sparring and technical form training.

The discipline of martial arts is the foundation of my training. This is one of my students, Naina Joshi, competing in a Kyorugi (sparring) match at the Delhi State Taekwondo Championship, showcasing the focus and power we build.

Here is another angle of Naina Joshi's performance at the championship. Her controlled movements and strategic kicks demonstrate the high level of skill required for competitive Taekwondo sparring.

Congratulations to Sarisha Jha for winning Gold in the Poomsae (forms) category at the 12th Central District Taekwondo Championship. Her dedication to perfecting her technique is clear.

The podium represents countless hours of training. I am proud of Utkarsh Chopra for winning gold and Vaishnavi Bhandari for winning bronze at the 39th Delhi State Taekwondo Championships.

This is Naina Joshi with her Silver medal from the 38th Delhi State Junior Taekwondo Championship. Her achievement is a result of her consistent effort and fighting spirit.

A proud moment with my students after the 38th Delhi State Junior Taekwondo Championship. Naina Joshi's silver medal was a highlight of the event.

About Our Champions: A Record of Success

Competition training is fundamentally different from general fitness. It demands rigorous Kyorugi sparring drills, strict form correction for Poomsae, and a high level of physical conditioning. If you are aiming for podium finishes at the district or state level, you must be prepared for the intense, repetitive practice required to perfect your technique under pressure.

Success in Taekwondo is built on foundation, not shortcuts. Whether you are a student aiming for your next belt or a competitor preparing for the Delhi State Championships, my training methodology remains the same: discipline, repetition, and a deep understanding of South Korean training principles.

Kyorugi and Poomsae Mastery

I divide competitive training into two distinct streams. Kyorugi (sparring) focuses on reflex, strategy, and power. We use target paddles and agility ladders to ensure you are faster and more accurate than your opponent. Poomsae (forms) is where we develop precision. This is about total body control. We work on the nuance of every stance and the snap of every movement because, at the championship level, the judges are looking for absolute perfection.

The Path to the Podium

My students compete regularly at the Central District and Delhi State Taekwondo Championships. Training for these events involves more than just attending class. It means participating in specific high-volume batches where we simulate match conditions. We focus on:

  • Technical Accuracy: Correcting your form to meet national judging criteria.
  • Endurance Conditioning: Ensuring you do not fatigue in the final round of a match.
  • Mental Focus: Teaching you to remain calm under the pressure of competition.

My Standards

I expect full attendance and total focus during training hours. If you are looking for a casual gym environment, this is not the place for you. We train to win. When you see my students on the podium, it is the result of thousands of repetitions, early mornings, and a willingness to be corrected until the technique is flawless. If you are ready to put in this work, I am ready to coach you.
