Taekwondo and Fitness Training Highlights
A first look at the discipline, intensity, and results of Realistic World Taekwondo School. From our women’s fitness batches to competitive Taekwondo training, see our approach to building strength and character.
This is what a typical session looks like. Here, my women's fitness group works through high-energy agility drills using cones on the dojang mats. We focus on building speed, coordination, and stamina together.
Our workouts are varied to keep you challenged. This video shows a mix of cardio step exercises and fundamental Taekwondo kicking drills, which are excellent for building lower body strength and flexibility.
The discipline of martial arts is the foundation of my training. This is one of my students, Naina Joshi, competing in a Kyorugi (sparring) match at the Delhi State Taekwondo Championship, showcasing the focus and power we build.
I believe in delivering real, measurable results. This is a transformation of one of my students, showing the clear benefits of consistent training in weight loss, posture, and overall confidence. Hard work always pays off.
I lead by example. My own training is a constant pursuit of fitness and discipline, the same principles I bring to every class I teach. This is a glimpse into my personal workout routine.
About Featured
We do not use fancy gym mirrors here. Whether you are in our women’s fitness batch using agility ladders and 25mm joint-safe EVA mats, or training for a Poomsae belt grading, every session is focused on technical form and measurable progress. This is a space designed for sweat and discipline, not distraction.
Training at Realistic World Taekwondo School is about tangible growth. When you join our women’s fitness groups or enroll in competitive Taekwondo classes, you are stepping into a dojang focused on results. Our flooring consists of 25mm to 30mm thick EVA interlocking mats, designed specifically to reduce impact on your knees and ankles during high-intensity cardio, step aerobics, and agility drills.
We move beyond the typical gym routine. You will find sessions integrating nylon agility ladders, PVC cones, and target paddles for our Kick-Fit drills. This is not about passive exercise. It is about building functional strength, stamina, and the discipline that martial arts training naturally instills.
For those training for competition, we operate with the rigor required for Delhi State and National championships. We monitor form correction for squats and lunges, just as we critique kicking posture for Poomsae. If you are looking for a place that tracks your progress through real performance markers—whether it is agility speed, weight loss, or belt progression—you have found the right environment. We train kids, teens, and adults to be stronger and faster, right here in Najafgarh.

I am Master Aquilino Dhar, a 4th Dan Black Belt. My training is shaped by the years I spent learning at Daekyeung University in South Korea, and my goal is simple: I build athletes, not just students. Come to my dojang ready to work hard.
