What I Offer
I run group dance fitness classes just for women and girls, where sweating it out feels less like a chore and more like a party. If you’re tired of boring workouts, you’ll probably vibe with our sessions. We mix things up with dance cardio, Zumba group sessions, and even Bhangra workout group routines, so it’s never the same old song and dance.
Our Community
When you walk in, it’s all about energy, laughter, and real support. I treat my clients as my girls - we cheer each other on, crack jokes, and share wins (and struggles). It's a safe space, no judgment, just encouragement. Some of our best moments are when we joke about “Gardan kahan gayi?” (Where did the neck go?) and celebrate when it’s back!
How We Train
Every session is crafted to burn calories and build strength - we use props like dumbbells, steps, and rods, and every class hits all muscle groups. If you’re looking for a full body dance fitness routine that actually leaves you feeling stronger, I’ve got you. And trust me, jab paseene nikle na, mast badhia vale (when the sweat pours, the good kind), you’ll know you worked for it.
The Experience
We run both online and offline batches, so you can join from home or swing by our West Delhi studio. Classes are 6 days a week, and you can pick morning or evening slots. It’s all about making fitness fit your life. If you’re curious, you can try a session and see if our supportive fitness community feels like home.
