About Boxing & Kickboxing
My Approach: Progress Over Perfection
I believe in getting better bit by bit, not trying to be the toughest in the room. For me, it’s all about showing up, sweating it out, and picking up something new every session. You’ll see plenty of smiles and hear a lot of “macha” (buddy) thrown around - that’s just how we roll in our crew.
What Happens in Class
Everything’s structured - no random punching. We start with basics like boxing footwork drills and making sure your guard’s solid. You’ll get the hang of moves like the jab, but also learn why and when each move fits in. There’s a clear path, so you know exactly when you’re ready to level up and try pressure fighting combos or work on being a counter-fighter.
More Than Just Training
Nobody’s a stranger here. We’re a team, whether you’re a total newbie, a parent bringing your kids, or someone looking for women’s kickboxing classes. Morning sessions get everyone together - adults, kids, all mixing and learning.
Sparring & Online Options
If you want to test your skills, our sparring events are chill and beginner-friendly. We match you up safely, so you get real experience without the stress. Can’t come in person? Online classes and weekly remote programs keep you moving, and I’ll send fight videos that suit your style so you can keep studying and improving wherever you are.

My Story
People always think martial arts is just about fighting, but honestly, to me it’s more like jazz - all rhythm and flow. That George Foreman line, ‘the better it is, the less people appreciate it,’ hits home. I wanted to build a dojo where it’s about learning, not just winning. We’ve got everyone from kids to grown-ups like Renjith, who’s still bagging medals. Even during lockdown, we kept moving - dodging puppies, teaching online, laughing at our own mess-ups. It’s not just a gym, it’s our team. Here, everyone’s a coach, and the only thing we chase is sweaty smiles.
