Learn Martial Arts: Structured Classes for All in Bangalore
It’s not just about throwing punches; it’s about rhythm, flow, and getting 1% better every session. Join us in HSR or RT Nagar for a martial arts experience that prioritizes safety, structured learning, and a solid community.
I break down a powerful jab counter combination, explaining the technique step by step. This is how we learn in class: we study the pros, understand the mechanics of moves like the rear hook and lead hook, and then practice them to build our skills.
This is what our boxing classes are all about: energy, teamwork, and getting a great workout together. You'll find a mix of beginners and experienced folks, all geared up and ready to learn in a supportive environment.
Here's a look at a simple but effective partner drill for countering hooks. Safety and technique are my priorities, so we focus on controlled practice like this to build muscle memory for boxing and kickboxing.
A proud moment from one of our friendly sparring events. It's all about testing your skills in a safe, supportive setting. Seeing my students challenge themselves and celebrate their progress is what it's all about.
I'm incredibly proud of the strong and dedicated women who train with us. My women's kickboxing classes are a space to build confidence, learn practical self-defense skills, and discover your own strength and grit.
Our dojo is for everyone. Here's a look at one of our mixed classes where adults and kids train side by side, learning and growing together as a team.
I believe in a structured approach, which is why I create the 'Dojo Weekly'. This newsletter outlines our curriculum for boxing, BJJ, and clinch work, and even breaks down concepts like combat sports judging so you're always learning.
No excuses, just dedication. This is one of my remote students practicing a pressure fighting combo all the way from a snowy location. My online coaching programs are designed to keep you improving, no matter where you are.
About Featured
Classes here follow a clear, progressive path—no random swinging allowed. You’ll be working through specific combat units from our 'Dojo Weekly' curriculum, whether you’re learning basic footwork or refining your clinch. We track your development, so you always know exactly what you’re working on, and there’s always someone to spar with in a safe, controlled environment.
When you walk into our dojo, you'll quickly notice we don't treat martial arts like a typical fitness class. Whether you’re interested in boxing, BJJ, or MMA, my goal is to guide you through the 'sweet science' of movement. We serve both the HSR Layout and RT Nagar areas, offering group sessions that mix beginners and experienced students to foster a team environment.
The Dojo Philosophy
My approach is built on a structured curriculum. Instead of just hitting bags, we focus on 'Dojo Weekly' modules that break down techniques—like the jab-slip-counter or defensive footwork—so you understand the 'why' behind the move. This keeps training safe and ensures consistent progress.
What to Expect
- Structured Classes: Access to 3-4 weekly sessions. You’ll choose from morning 'Dawn Patrol' or evening slots.
- Sparring & Jams: We run beginner-friendly Boxing and Jiu Jitsu Jams. These are technical, controlled environments meant to test your skills without the ego.
- 1-on-1 Coaching: If you need a deep dive, I offer private sessions at our Ulsoor facility. We use video analysis to break down your technique and fix specific weaknesses.
- Community: We’re a mix of adults and kids, men and women. The priority is always safety first, followed by learning, and then the fun part: those post-workout 'sweatysmiles.'
