Master Martial Arts Techniques & Structured Drills
Stop guessing your moves. We teach the science behind every punch, block, and footwork pattern so you can build real skill, safely.
We are back to boxing in RT Nagar. Here is a slow-motion look at a partner drill, focusing on precision and form for both offense and defense.
This is a swarmer's combo I teach in my online classes, designed for pressure fighting. I demonstrate how to close distance with a gazelle punch and use footwork to create angles for body shots.
We study the greats to learn. This incredible shot from the Zhang Weili vs Joanna Jedrzejczyk fight shows the high-level striking we analyze to improve our own kickboxing and MMA game.
About Learning the Craft: Techniques & Drills
My classes focus on the mechanics of movement, not just intensity. Whether you are learning a simple jab or complex pressure fighting, we break down the rhythm and weight distribution first. This is how we ensure you actually understand the craft rather than just sweating through a workout.
I run my dojo on a simple philosophy: if you cannot explain it, you have not mastered it. My 'Dojo Weekly' curriculum is designed to move you past the basics of boxing, BJJ, and kickboxing. We focus on the 'why'—why your lead foot needs to be at a specific angle for a cross, or how to use a gazelle punch to close distance against a taller opponent.
In our group sessions across HSR Layout and RT Nagar, we do not treat everyone like they are training for the octagon. We treat you like a student. Beginners start with stance and guard fundamentals, while intermediate students move into 'pressure fighting' combinations and counter-striking.
I also offer 1-on-1 sessions at my private facility in Ulsoor for those who want a deeper dive. These sessions are where we do technical video analysis. We record your sparring or pad work and break it down frame by frame. It is the fastest way to fix bad habits and sharpen your reflexes. You get a training plan that actually accounts for your specific body type and reaction times, not a generic one size fits all PDF.
Rama Reddy
I’m Rama. I think of martial arts less like a fight and more like jazz—it's all about rhythm, timing, and finding your flow. My goal is to build a space where you can learn the craft properly, surrounded by a team that supports your growth, whether you are just starting or looking to refine your technique.
