Single Drop-In Class
Class Experience
- Full Participation: Complete access to one scheduled group class covering warm-up, technical instruction, and conditioning.
- Skill Assessment: Informal evaluation by the coach to determine skill level and program fit.
Gear & Amenities
- Loaner Equipment: Temporary use of academy community gloves and shin guards (personal hand wraps recommended).
- Facility Access: Access to the training floor, heavy bags, and puzzle-mat area for the duration of the class.
Adult Monthly Kickboxing Subscription
Training Schedule
- Unlimited Access: Entry to all Kickboxing and Striking MMA sessions Monday through Friday.
- Slot Options: Morning (7 AM/8 AM) and Evening (7 PM) class availability.
- Specialized Days: Includes access to Thursday Bagwork sessions (endurance focus) and Friday Sparring sessions (technical control).
Curriculum & Methodology
- Dutch Style: Instruction focused on high-volume combinations, aggressive pressing, and low kicks.
- Ecological Approach: Training based on constraints-led games and live scenarios (Shark Tank drills) rather than static air drilling.
- Cage Wall: Integration of MMA cage wall usage for fence-wrestling and striking tactics.
Facility & Amenities
- Hardware: Use of Invincible brand heavy bags and standard puzzle-mat flooring.
- Cooling: Industrial roofing with natural ventilation and fans (no central AC).
- Basics: Access to changing area, open storage cubbies, and RO drinking water.
Kids Monthly Kickboxing Program
Program Structure
- Schedule: Classes held 3 times a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 4:00 PM).
- Methodology: Injury-free conceptual learning using gamification to teach distance and timing.
- Safety: Strict supervision with no hard contact sparring.
Skill Building
- Physical Development: Drills focused on motor skills, balance, and agility suitable for kids.
- Equipment: Usage of soft pads and lightweight blocking tools provided by the academy.
- Etiquette: Introduction to martial arts discipline, including bowing and respecting training partners.
Private Kickboxing Session
Training Format
- Duration: 60 minutes of focused 1-on-1 instruction.
- Padwork: 3 to 5 rounds of intensive mitt work with immediate tactile feedback on power and accuracy.
- Analysis: Granular breakdown of striking mechanics, footwork correction, and hip rotation.
Logistics
- Video Feedback: Coach recording of specific movements to highlight and correct biomechanical errors.
- Scheduling: Timing arranged based on mutual availability outside of peak group class hours.

What We Do
I don't teach kickboxing for show - it's about learning to move, fight, and think on your feet. My sessions are about being sharp, strong, and adaptable. You get fit, learn a life skill, and join a crew that backs you up every step.
How We Train
We go beyond just routines. I use an ecological approach - you get thrown into real-life situations where you have to react, not just repeat. This means every class is different and keeps you on your toes. The vibe here? Team-first. Bring your josh, and you'll feel the energy from the group.
What’s On The Mats
- Dutch kickboxing drills form the backbone - this means strong combos, aggressive pace.
- Kickboxing for beginners is totally welcome - we’ll build your basics from scratch.
- Pad and bag work for power and stamina - try our 7 AM Thursday session if you’re up for it.
- Safe sparring sessions every day, so you actually learn how to handle yourself, not just shadowbox.
Who Fits In Here
- Anyone who wants more than a boring routine - absolute beginners, hobbyists, or those aiming for the cage.
- Men, women, teens, and kids - all are welcome. Kids’ classes use games and lots of masti (fun) to keep them hooked.
Timings
Morning and evening slots for adults, and special after-school kickboxing classes for kids. The grind never stops, but you find your own pace.

My Story
Six years deep, still hungry. We moved into our new war room but the old spirit’s alive. What started as a gym is now a family. Watching our 15-year-olds balancing board exams and fights, seeing veterans guide newbies—this is what keeps us going. We’re not just punching bags, we’re a tribe. Our rituals, UFC nights, all grit.
