Unlimited Muay Thai & Fitness Membership
Training Scope
- Frequency: Unlimited access to scheduled group classes running Monday through Saturday.
- Curriculum: Rotates between Muay Thai (clinches, knees, elbows), Kickboxing, and basic Grappling defense.
- Batch Composition: Mixed skill groups (10 to 20 students) where beginners train alongside the Fighter team.
Facility Specs
- Environment: Raw, open-air garage gym setup. Non-AC facility cooled by industrial fans.
- Flooring: Standard interlocking foam puzzle mats (approx. 20-25mm thickness).
- Infrastructure: Includes a custom fabricated boxing ring for controlled sparring sessions.
Conditioning Style
- Equipment: Usage of Goodwin and Xpeed heavy bags, teardrop bags, and wall-mounted uppercut units.
- Strength Work: Old school functional training using large tractor tires, sledgehammers, monkey bars, and bodyweight drills.
Gear & Extras
- Shared Equipment: Access to communal boxing gloves and shin guards for trial periods.
- Instruction: Pad-work drills supervised by Head Coach Charan Reddy or assistant coaches.
1-on-1 Private Coaching Session
Session Format
- Duration: 60 minutes of undivided coach attention.
- Timing: Scheduled during off-peak hours (mornings/mid-afternoons) to ensure exclusive access to the ring and bags.
Training Focus
- Goal Specific: Tailored for rapid cardio weight loss or advanced fighter technique (clinch mechanics/fight IQ).
- Correction: Immediate micro-adjustments to stance, footwork, and hip rotation often missed in group settings.
Technical Drills
- Pad Work: Extended rounds hitting focus mitts and Thai pads held by the coach for full-power striking.
- Sparring Simulation: Controlled technical sparring with the coach to improve reaction time without injury risks.

My Story
We’re Combatant Muay Thai Academy, but honestly, it feels more like a big, sweaty family. Some folks say we’re champions, but what matters is seeing our students grow. Kids, adults, pros - all under one roof, all chasing something better. Our ring’s seen victories, but also a lot of hard days. Every jab, every missed step, every win - it’s all part of the story. We’re not perfect, just hungry to improve.
