Monthly All-Access Group Training
Class Structure
- Frequency: Unlimited access to group batches 6 days a week.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session including warm-up and cool-down.
- Disciplines: Rotational focus on Boxing (footwork), Kickboxing (striking), and MMA grappling basics.
- Coaching: Group instruction by National-level or Ex-National team coaches.
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: Open-air, roofed terrace facility with natural ventilation (Non-AC).
- Combat Gear: Access to heavy bags, speed balls, wall pads, and communal shin guards.
- Conditioning: Usage of functional tools like tractor tires, battle ropes, and agility ladders.
- Amenities: Basic changing area and drinking water refill. Note: No lockers or luxury showers.
Quarterly Membership (3 Months)
Membership Validity
- Duration: Uninterrupted access for 90 days.
- Cost Efficiency: Reduced effective monthly cost compared to the pay-as-you-go plan.
- Progression: Sufficient timeframe to move from beginner stance drills to intermediate combinations.
Access Rights
- Classes: Full entry to all daily Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA group sessions.
- Facility: Full usage of the ring, mats, and functional training zone during operating hours.
- Events: Eligibility for internal challenges (e.g., 30 Days HIIT Challenge) and sparring meets.
1-on-1 Personal Training Session
Private Coaching
- Undivided Attention: 60-minute session with a dedicated combat sports trainer.
- Focus Mitts: Intensive pad-work drills where the trainer absorbs impact to improve striking power and accuracy.
- Technique: Immediate micro-adjustments to form, stance, and punch retraction.
Customization
- Goal Specific: Workouts tailored for specific needs such as weight loss, self-defense, or pro-fight prep.
- Scheduling: Flexible timing booked according to user convenience rather than fixed batch slots.
- Guidance: Includes basic nutrition advice and diet chart customization.

Crawling, falling, even puking - sab chalta hai (all allowed), quitting nahi (quitting isn’t). We push for your best - every single session.
