Online Martial Arts & Boxing Training
Can't make it to the dojo? My online sessions bring the same technical structure and community vibe directly to your home. We will work on your footwork, technique, and conditioning, no matter where you are.
This is the result of one of our online boxing classes. You can get a serious workout and drench your shirt, even when training remotely from home.
Sometimes our online footwork drills include unexpected obstacles like puppies. It's all part of the fun of remote learning and staying sharp at home.
About Train Anywhere: Online & Remote Coaching
My online sessions are not just follow-along videos where you guess if your form is right. We use a 'Study and Share' method where you record your rounds, and I review them to fix your punch angles or footwork positioning before the next session. It is practical feedback that actually changes how you move.
Martial arts is more like jazz—all rhythm and flow. Just because you are training from your living room does not mean you have to skip the technical details. Whether you are working on boxing footwork or drilling BJJ hip escapes, the goal of my remote program is to give you a clear path forward.
How Remote Training Works
- Structured Curriculum: You get access to the same 'Dojo Weekly' content as my in-person students. We break down complex movements into small, manageable drills.
- Video Analysis: This is the core of our remote work. You send me your sparring footage or drill practice, and I provide frame-by-frame feedback. This solves the biggest problem with online training: not knowing if you are actually doing the move correctly.
- Community Integration: You are not training in a vacuum. You get access to our private community group where you can share wins, ask questions, and stay connected with other students.
Can you really learn from home?
People often ask if they can get 'real' training without a partner. The answer is yes, if you focus on the fundamentals. We dedicate significant time to shadowboxing, mobility work, and high-intensity conditioning. When you eventually spar, your base—your balance, your guard, and your movement—will be solid because we spent the time building it properly. If you are ready to put in the work and get a little sweaty, let's get started.
