About Mixed Martial Arts
Why I Do This
For me, Mixed Martial Arts is more about progress than perfection. I try to keep things positive and real - you’ll get sweaty, you’ll smile, and every session you get just a bit better. It’s not just fighting, it’s learning and growing together.
How We Train
This isn’t just a bunch of random classes. I blend striking and grappling so you actually learn how to fight, not just punch the air.
- Striking: We cover Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai. From basic footwork to combos and pressure, you’ll build skills that work in real MMA.
- Grappling: Heavy focus on No-Gi BJJ for MMA and wrestling. Expect takedowns, submissions, and even how to use the cage. We drill real scenarios, not just theory.
Training Vibes
I always say, “Macha, fighting is mostly play when you’re learning.” We look out for each other - safety is top. Mixed levels means you get help and give help. When you teach, you remember more.
For the Fighters
If you want to compete, I’ll push you. We work on Fight IQ development by breaking down what top fighters do. You can test yourself at our Boxing Jams and Jiu Jitsu Jams - safe, fun, but real. Some of my students have gone on to fight nationally and even internationally.
Community Feel
You join us, you’re family. Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or pro, guy or girl, young or old. This MMA community support is what keeps folks coming back. We all lift each other up, one round at a time.

My Story
People always think martial arts is just about fighting, but honestly, to me it’s more like jazz - all rhythm and flow. That George Foreman line, ‘the better it is, the less people appreciate it,’ hits home. I wanted to build a dojo where it’s about learning, not just winning. We’ve got everyone from kids to grown-ups like Renjith, who’s still bagging medals. Even during lockdown, we kept moving - dodging puppies, teaching online, laughing at our own mess-ups. It’s not just a gym, it’s our team. Here, everyone’s a coach, and the only thing we chase is sweaty smiles.
