About Martial Arts & Kickboxing Classes
Why I Love Martial Arts
Kickboxing changed my life, and I’ve seen it do the same for people of all ages. It’s not just punches and kicks - it’s about confidence, grit, and knowing you’re part of a crew that actually cares. At Kikker, everyone’s welcome, no matter your fitness level, age, or experience. If you’re nervous, that’s normal. We all started somewhere.
Who Finds a Home Here
- Never thrown a punch? Perfect, you’ll fit right in.
- Parents, your kids will learn focus and discipline, but also just have a blast.
- Adults tired of boring workouts, this isn’t a treadmill.
- Seniors, I’ve got students over 70 who are absolute champs. Age is just a number here.
- Anyone keen on keeping themselves safe or just wanting to try something new.
Class Vibe & What Actually Happens
We start with warm-ups and agility stuff to get the blood pumping. Then, we dive into technique - punches, kicks, knees, defense. Everything’s on pads and with partners, so you actually learn by doing. You’ll see your progress with our belt progression system, but it’s not about being perfect, it’s about getting better every week.
Real Talk About Sparring
Scared to get hit? Join the club. Sparring’s introduced slowly, at your own pace, and with all the gear. It’s not a fight - it’s about control and learning, not smashing faces. You’ll get comfortable, I promise.
What Matters Most Here
No shortcuts. Just honest effort and a crew that’s got your back. Mistakes are part of it. Show up, stumble, laugh, and get stronger. That’s the Kikker way.

My Story
We’re Kikker Martial Arts, but really, we’re just a big gang of folks who love to kick, laugh, and try new things together. Doesn’t matter if you’re 5 or 55, you walk in and you’re one of us. Phones off, shoes off, worries off. We’ve seen little ones lead drills, teens nail crazy kicks, and our women’s crew totally rock it. Our wins? Always shared. Our vibe? Pure fun, pure family.
