What Namma Strength & Conditioning Feels Like
This place is more than a gym. It’s our fitfam - a bunch of us who sweat, push, and sometimes swear together. If you’re an athlete or totally new, you’re welcome. We call it Namma because it’s truly “ours” (namma - our, in Kannada). Here, every body is an athlete, no matter your starting point.
What We Actually Do
No fancy stuff. Our focus is on functional strength workouts - like squats, deadlifts, pushing, pulling - real movements you use outside the gym. We want you to be tough and injury-proof in life, not just inside these walls. Each session is all about building a strong body and mind for the long haul.
How Our Classes Go Down
Our CrossFit group training is at the heart of things. Classes run with a WOD (Workout of the Day):
- Core strength lifts (think squats and deadlifts)
- Skill work (handstand push-ups, progressions)
- Conditioning circuits (AMRAPs, kettlebells, burpees, box jumps)
You’ll always have a coach on your form - safe lifting techniques matter to us. We’re strict on technique, not just reps. You’ll get pushed, but also supported by the crew next to you.
Real Goals, Real Grind
If you want more, we’ve got muscle-building programs and fat loss tracks with nutrition support. Just know, it’s not always fun. Sometimes training is boring. But showing up, staying disciplined - that’s where change happens. No shortcuts, just honest work.

My Story
We’re NAMMA. Means ‘Our’ in Kannada, and that’s what this place is. Not just a gym, but a home. People walk in, lost sometimes, and find their crew. We started with the idea that training is every damn day, not just a one-off. Watching folks, especially women, get strong and confident - that’s our high. We lift for causes too, like helping kids beat eye cancer. You come here for fitness, but you stay for the family. This is NAMMA.
