Forget lifting just to look big. We train for explosive core stability and the kind of endurance that keeps you moving when everyone else is gassed. Whether you're in the ring or just want to feel sharp, this is where we build it.

This is a high-intensity circuit in action. One student is on the battle ropes for upper body endurance while another works on explosive power with the tire and sledgehammer. This is how we build conditioning that lasts.

This tire drill is for close-quarter fighting. It forces you to stay grounded, generate power from your hips, and work on your inside punches without being able to back away. It builds grit.

A typical circuit in my gym. You see weighted step-ups for leg drive, medicine ball slams for explosive core strength, and box jumps for power. Every station has a purpose, building a complete athlete.

Here you see a mix of exercises in one session. Battle ropes for cardio and shoulder endurance, kettlebell swings for hip drive, and push-ups for chest strength. We keep the body guessing.

Our sessions are dynamic. In the ring, two members are doing instructional sparring to practice technique under pressure. Outside, another member builds stamina with the battle ropes.

A full view of the gym during a strength and conditioning session. You can see members sparring in the ring while others work on battle ropes and kettlebell exercises. Everyone is pushing their limits.

This shows the variety in our workouts. We have members doing medicine ball slams for core power, planks with sandbags for stability, and squats for lower body strength.

A circuit that hits everything. Kettlebell lunges for single-leg strength, barbell squats for power, and sandbag planks for a rock-solid core. We train movements, not just muscles.

This is a core and agility circuit. You see bear crawls to build stability and coordination, alongside other strength exercises. A strong core is the foundation of every powerful movement.

We use a variety of tools to build well-rounded strength. Here, members are using dumbbells for bent-over rows and traditional Indian clubs for shoulder mobility and strength.

About Functional Strength: Power for a Purpose

We don't use machines that isolate one muscle at a time. Here, you are flipping 60kg tractor tires, swinging mudgars, and battling ropes until your shoulders burn. This is movement that makes your body work as one unit, building the kind of real-world power that carries over to everything else you do.
