Monthly S&C Access & Group Classes
Core Access & Timing
- Unlimited Gym Floor Access: Full access to the facility during morning and evening split operational hours.
- Group Classes: Entry to daily scheduled group conditioning sessions focusing on functional movements, HIIT circuits, and endurance.
Equipment Usage
- Powerlifting Stations: Access to multiple squat racks, deadlift platforms, and calibrated iron plates.
- Strongman Arsenal: Unrestricted use of specialized gear including Yokes, Prowler Sleds, Heavy Tires, Sandbags, and Hex Bars.
- Functional Zone: Use of gymnastic rings, pegboards, plyo boxes, and slam balls.
Facility & Amenities
- Floor Guidance: General supervision and spot-checking by floor trainers.
- Basic Amenities: Access to changing rooms, open storage cubbies for bags, and drinking water station.

For me, it’s way more than just picking up heavy stuff. Strength is also about mental grit - building yourself up, step by step, so you can handle whatever life throws at you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting (shuru se shuru) or you’ve been at this game for years. Everyone’s got their own story to write.
How We Train
No cookie-cutter plans here. Everyone finds their own path:
- Powerlifting and Olympic lifts: Think squat, bench, deadlift, or going explosive with Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Real coaches (like Divakar, who’s actually competed) are on your side.
- Strongman circuit training: If you’re bored of cardio machines, try flipping tires, dragging sleds, carrying yokes. It’s sweaty, tough, and honestly, pretty fun.
- Indian club workouts (Mudgar): Not just for show - ancient desi moves with the mudgar build grip, shoulder power, and rotational strength. Chetan will show you how it’s done.
- Powerbuilding, bodybuilding, calisthenics: Mix and match to get strong, look good, or just move better with your own bodyweight.
Kit & Crew
We’ve got all the good stuff: squat racks, Olympic platforms, bumper plates, mudgars, yokes, and sleds. But honestly, our trainers make the difference. Most are fighters, all are certified. We go aaram se (slowly, carefully), so you learn right and stay safe.

My Story
We’re Ace MMA, not just a gym, but kinda like a second home for fighters. Started out wanting to build something real, a spot where pros and newbies feel they belong. Our team? Fighters themselves. We shout, we cheer, we celebrate every win, big or small. Kids come here, women learn self-defense, families join in. People say it’s the vibe – feels like we’re all in this together.
