Sharpen your punches, improve footwork, and master the ring. We focus on accuracy, reflexes, and speed, not just raw power.

This is a dumbbell shadow boxing drill. The light weights add resistance to build shoulder endurance and punching power, forcing you to maintain proper form throughout the movement.

Pad work is a conversation between the boxer and the coach. I give you targets, you give me power and precision. This is how we build combinations, timing, and reflexes.

The heavy bag is for developing power and stamina. Here, members are working on their punches and movement around the bag, practicing what they've learned in a live-fire situation.

Personal training sessions are for focused work. Here, I am working one-on-one with a student on his shadow boxing, correcting his form and ensuring every punch is sharp.

A typical scene during a boxing session. Members are working on different skills simultaneously: skipping for rhythm, shadow boxing for form, and heavy bag work for power.

About Boxing Technique & Drills

We don't follow a fixed formula because boxing isn't a textbook exercise. In our drill sessions, I focus on building your reaction time through active pad work and shadow boxing. You’ll feel the difference when you’re not just punching hard, but punching smart, adjusting your angle and rhythm with every movement.
