This is what I call functional strength. It’s not about pretty muscles, it’s about building raw, usable power for any situation. We push you, but if you can't do it, you tell me. We'll get there together, ho jayega.

We use old-school tools because they work. A sledgehammer and a tire build explosive, full-body power that you can't get from a machine. This is how you develop real-world strength and conditioning.

Speed comes from the feet. This agility ladder drill isn't just for footwork, it's for teaching your body to stay balanced and ready while throwing punches. It builds the coordination you need in a fight.

It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, beginner or pro. In my gym, everyone learns the right technique. Here, a senior student works on her combinations and power during a pad work session in the ring.

This is Mudgar training, a traditional Indian method for building shoulder strength, grip, and core stability. We mix old and new techniques to create a complete conditioning program.

We take the training outside to build real stamina. Drills like these incline jumps build explosive leg power and endurance that you'll be thankful for when you need it most.
