Our Vibe

I like to keep things loud, energetic, and never boring. At Turbo Fitness Studio, you’ll find a bunch of folks who treat each other like family. The music’s always pumping, and we’re all about making fitness fun, not a chore.

How We Roll

For me, strength is more than just muscle - it’s about mindset. I always say, "A strong body starts with a strong mind." You’ll see that winning attitude in every session. We’re all in it together, like E sala cup namde (this time, the cup is ours) - chasing our fitness goals as a team.

What Happens in Class

No two days are the same. I mix things up with HIIT group workouts, Crossfit-inspired fitness routines, and sessions focused on core strength. You’ll sweat, you’ll push, and you’ll get stronger for real life, not just for show.

The Gear

We use barbells, dumbbells, battle ropes, tires, sleds, plyo boxes, and agility ladders. Basically, if it makes you move, jump, or lift, it’s in the mix.

Who’s It For?

Doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or a pro. I’ve got people of all ages and fitness levels in class. I’m always around to help with form, keep you safe, and hype you up.

Class Times

Group sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

My Story

Hi! We’re Turbo Fitness Studio. Our place? Always full of noise, music, and laughter. We started out wanting a gym that felt like a family, not just a place with machines. Sometimes you’ll find us doing Zumba, sometimes just dancing for no reason. Festivals, Dandiya, Ganpati, Women’s Day - we celebrate everything together. Trainers like Siddu and Madhu are always around, cheering you on. That’s the real Turbo vibe - fitness and fun, side by side.
