Pricing Guide
Monthly Strength & Conditioning
Batch Structure
- Duration: Access to 2-hour scheduled training slots (Morning or Evening), doubling the standard industry class time.
- Format: High-volume group classes blending CrossFit-style functional movements with traditional weightlifting.
- Coaching: Semi-private group supervision (approx. 1 coach per 10-15 students) with high-decibel, vocal motivation.
Facility & Setup
- Environment: Non-AC warehouse/garage setup with natural cross-ventilation and wall-mounted fans.
- Flooring: Training is performed strictly barefoot on 1-inch thick interlocking EVA foam puzzle mats.
- Equipment: Unlimited use of free weights including Olympic barbells, bumpers, iron plates, and hex dumbbells. No isolation machines.
- Conditioning Gear: Access to wooden plyo boxes, heavy battle ropes, and punching bags for cardio intervals.
Quarterly Transformation Package
Cost Efficiency
- Duration: Full access for 3 consecutive months (Monday through Saturday).
- Savings: Effective monthly rate drops to approx. ₹2,500 - ₹2,666, offering a ~25% saving over the monthly plan.
Program Focus
- Compound Lifting: Guidance on progressive overload for major lifts (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press) using the squat rack and free weights.
- Conditioning: High-repetition metabolic conditioning circuits designed for fat loss and endurance.
- Tracking: Informal progress monitoring by coaches for weight checks and lifting benchmarks.

About Strength and Conditioning

At 1026 MMA Academy, we don’t do easy. Our Strength and Conditioning sessions are about grit, sweat, and real change. You won’t just get stronger for the ring - you’ll get tougher for life. I push you to dig deep, especially when the reps get hard. If you ever hear me shouting “Karo! Karo!” (Do it! Do it!), you know you’re in the thick of it.
How We Train
- Every session kicks off with a proper warm-up and mobility work.
- We load up on functional strength training - think deadlifts, squats, and pressing with dumbbells.
- High-intensity group workouts take over next: battle ropes, box jumps, bear crawls, and bodyweight circuits. This is where you’ll really sweat.
- Core work wraps things up, along with a cool-down so you leave strong, not broken.
Sometimes we mix things up with team challenges or partner drills. The energy’s raw and real. You’ll train barefoot on the mats, and the vibe is super local, with plenty of “Super, maga, super!” (Awesome, boss, awesome!) echoing around.

Everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re prepping for a fight, aiming for weight loss transformation, or just starting out. We train together - men, women, and kids. I’ve seen people drop serious weight and build serious muscle here. If you’re ready to put in the work, I’m here for you.
Our Space
No frills, just results. Fully matted floors, solid squat racks, heaps of dumbbells, battle ropes, plyo boxes. The walls are covered with quotes to keep you motivated. You’ll find everything you need to get tougher, no matter your starting point.

My Story
We’re 1026 MMA Academy, but honestly, it feels more like home than any gym. Started out just wanting to teach fighting, but ended up building a family. Our kids come in full josh, parents join for Holi celebrations, and teammates never miss a chance to cheer each other. Medals are cool, but giving back—like donating prize money—is what makes us proud. Opened our new branch in Yellanka, and the community vibe is stronger than ever. United we stand, always.
