About this collection
You won't find rows of treadmills or TVs here. This is a warehouse gym where the music is the sound of heavy bags, battle ropes hitting the floor, and trainers pushing you to finish the set. Whether you are in our women-only boot camp or the advanced sparring ring, expect immediate form correction and a coach who knows your name, your strengths, and exactly where you need to improve.
Why We Train This Way

We use an industrial-style setting because that is what serious training demands. You will see tractor tires, mudgars for grip, and sledgehammers alongside our Olympic-sized boxing ring.

My team, including Sumanta, Prem, and Narendra, works on the principle that accuracy beats raw power every single day. We don't just stand there with clipboards. We are in the ring with you. We fix your footwork until it is natural, and we adjust your punch angles until you stop wasting energy. We believe in the 'why' behind every movement.
