Monthly Group Strength & Conditioning
Schedule & Format
- Access to 3 to 5 scheduled group sessions per week.
- Circuit-based training involving high repetitions and functional movements.
- Shared coaching attention within a group size of 5 to 15 people.
Equipment & Facility
- Rotational use of shared barbells, dumbbells (up to 40kg), and pull-up bars.
- Training takes place on puzzle mats in a non-AC, open-air industrial setting.
- Includes partner workouts with resistance bands and medicine balls.
Training Goals
- Follows a general strength cycle applicable to the whole group.
- Focuses on metabolic conditioning and strength endurance.
- Includes monthly check-ins to track progress on major lifts.
1-on-1 Personalized Strength Coaching
Session Details
- 60 to 75 minutes of exclusive one-on-one coaching attention.
- Customized workout plans tailored to specific goals like explosive power or weight loss.
- Hands-on spotting for heavy lifts and mobility warm-ups.
Technical Training
- Instruction on complex Olympic lifts including Power Cleans, Push Jerks, and Snatches.
- Powerlifting foundation focusing on Deadlifts and Squats with progressive overload.
- Form correction and safety monitoring for injury prevention.
Tactical Conditioning
- Specialized neck strengthening drills using resistance bands.
- Core and spine stability exercises including pull-ups and hanging leg raises.
- Metabolic conditioning intervals using burpees, sprints, and bodyweight flows.
Amenities
- Exclusive use of Olympic barbells, bumper plates, and squat stands during the session.
- Raw gym setting with industrial fans and open-air ventilation.

My Approach
Strength is everything for me. If you think lifting is risky, try being weak - that's the real danger. I focus on building a strong base for life, not just for athletes but for anyone who wants to move better and feel better. Health is wealth, simple as that.

How We Train
No fancy machines, no shortcuts. I stick to what works:
- Powerlifting and Olympic lifts like deadlifts, snatches, power cleans
- Targeted drills for athletes, like neck conditioning and pull-ups
- Conditioning with burpees and other exercises to keep your engine running
- Mobility exercises for injury prevention before every session
Safety and Mindset
I never skip warm-ups. We use progressive overload techniques, so you won’t be pushed too fast. Mobility is a must, not an option. The pain today is the strength tomorrow, but we don’t train recklessly.

Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sports run in my veins, from MMA to cricket, even PlayStation games back in the day—man, I ruled at Burnout! Now, I’d rather hit the court than hit the gym. Nature keeps me grounded, and dogs, especially Pit Bulls, teach me about real love and loyalty. Mindset is everything, in fights and in life. Stay true, stay wild, bring it on.
