My Approach

Strength is everything for me. If you think lifting is risky, try being weak - that's the real danger. I focus on building a strong base for life, not just for athletes but for anyone who wants to move better and feel better. Health is wealth, simple as that.

How We Train

No fancy machines, no shortcuts. I stick to what works:

  • Powerlifting and Olympic lifts like deadlifts, snatches, power cleans
  • Targeted drills for athletes, like neck conditioning and pull-ups
  • Conditioning with burpees and other exercises to keep your engine running
  • Mobility exercises for injury prevention before every session

Safety and Mindset

I never skip warm-ups. We use progressive overload techniques, so you won’t be pushed too fast. Mobility is a must, not an option. The pain today is the strength tomorrow, but we don’t train recklessly.

Team Effort

My Story

Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sports run in my veins, from MMA to cricket, even PlayStation games back in the day—man, I ruled at Burnout! Now, I’d rather hit the court than hit the gym. Nature keeps me grounded, and dogs, especially Pit Bulls, teach me about real love and loyalty. Mindset is everything, in fights and in life. Stay true, stay wild, bring it on.

My Work

Personal & Group Training - Kickboxing (kids & adults), MMA group classes, BJJ, strength and conditioning, self-defense, weight loss.

Mindset Over Muscle - Boxing is like chess - strategy matters more than brute force. Calm mind wins, violence loses.

Open To All - Kids kickboxing training, beginners, students, employees, anyone from age 4 and up. No age bar.

Skill & Stamina Building - We do drills, push comfort zones, and grow stronger together. Martial arts means respect and discipline.
