Annual S&C Membership
Program Access
- Class Schedule: Entry to Strength & Conditioning group batches scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Open Floor: Unlimited access to the general workout floor during all operating hours for solo training.
- Functional Zone: Usage of the turf strip for sled pushes, farmer's carries, and battle rope work.
Facility Specs
- Equipment: Access to Viva Fitness commercial power racks, bumper plates, assault bikes, and rowing machines.
- Recovery: Full usage of steam room facilities post-workout.
Amenities
- Infrastructure: Includes changing rooms, lockers, and building parking facilities.
- Floor Support: General supervision and basic form correction by floor trainers.
Monthly S&C Access
Short-Term Validity
- Duration: Full access to gym floor and facilities for 30 calendar days.
- Class Quota: Covers approximately 12-13 scheduled S&C group sessions (Tue/Thu/Sat mornings) within the billing cycle.
Standard Inclusions
- Training Gear: Access to free weights, heavy dumbbells, and cardio conditioning units.
- Facility Usage: Includes locker room, steam room access, and parking.
- Flexibility: Designed for short-term usage without annual contracts.
1-on-1 Coaching Add-on
Coaching Scope
- Dedicated Sessions: 12 private sessions (approx. 3x weekly) with a specialized trainer.
- Programming: Customized S&C workout split focusing on compound movements (Squat, Bench, Deadlift).
- Form Correction: Real-time spotting and technique adjustment to ensure safety under load.
Transformation Support
- Nutrition: Macro breakdown and meal planning advice integrated with J-Fit Kitchen concepts.
- Metrics: Weekly check-ins on strength progression and body composition.
- Note: This is a coaching fee only; a separate gym access membership is required.

This is for anyone feeling stuck, broken, or just wanting to feel strong again. We’re a family, not just a gym - and yeah, we push each other (sometimes harder than you expect).

Strength & Conditioning is more than just weights. I use muscle-building workouts and functional movement training to help you get stronger, faster, and ready for whatever life throws at you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here - whether you’re after fat loss, athletic performance boost, or just to keep up with your kids, I’m in your corner.

The Training Arsenal
I mix things up - deadlifts, sled pushes, box jumps, kettlebells, whatever gets results. Bodyweight stuff too, because your own weight is the best tool sometimes.

My Story
Four years, man, it’s been wild. I started with just walls and a few machines, now look at us – new gear, new floors, but the real change?
