I’m not here to give you fake hype or sell you a six-pack dream. At FitDeck, we’re about the reps, the sweat, the work that actually changes you. This is for anyone feeling stuck, broken, or just wanting to feel strong again. We’re a family, not just a gym - and yeah, we push each other (sometimes harder than you expect).
What We Do
Strength & Conditioning is more than just weights. I use muscle-building workouts and functional movement training to help you get stronger, faster, and ready for whatever life throws at you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here - whether you’re after fat loss, athletic performance boost, or just to keep up with your kids, I’m in your corner.
Choose Your Grind

Group Classes: Super high-energy, lots of support. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, you’ll curse me (all normal). No one’s left out, beginners are always welcome.
- Schedule: Tue, Thu, Sat (7-8 AM)

Personal Training: You get your own plan, your own coach. We fix your form, keep you motivated, and I promise, you’ll surprise yourself.
The Training Arsenal
I mix things up - deadlifts, sled pushes, box jumps, kettlebells, whatever gets results. Bodyweight stuff too, because your own weight is the best tool sometimes.

My Story
Four years, man, it’s been wild. I started with just walls and a few machines, now look at us – new gear, new floors, but the real change? It’s the folks coming in, building each other up, sharing their wins and struggles. People walk in lost, walk out fired up. We’re not just a gym, we’re a family. Your sweat, your stories – that’s what made FitDeck. This place is home for every body, every soul.

Real strength, real progress - We want you lean, strong, and moving right. It’s about hard work, no shortcuts, and perfect form.
