Logistics
Trainer travels to client location (Home/Office) within Mumbai limits. Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
The Workout
Customized Hatha Vinyasa sequencing tailored to daily energy levels. Includes dynamic warm-up (Surya Namaskars) and core conditioning. Deep stretching and mobility work.
Technical Support
Physical spotting for advanced inversions (Headstand, Handstand, Crow). Manual adjustments to deepen postures and ensure safety.
Mind & Breath
Integrated Pranayama (breath control) for stress relief. Closing Om chanting and guided Shavasana. Client expected to provide personal yoga mat.
Duo Private Session (2 Pax)
Session Format
Single location training designed for two participants simultaneously. Duration: 60 to 75 minutes.
Training Style
Utilization of partner-assisted stretches and balancing drills. Synchronized flow sequences.
Instruction
Individual form correction for both participants. Modifications provided to accommodate different skill levels between partners.
Routine
Full-body warm-up and spinal mobility work. Joint guided meditation and chanting.
Studio Group Class
Venue
Access to professional studio environment (AC, mirrors). Studio provides props (blocks, straps) if required.
Structure
60-minute synchronized group flow with 10-20 participants. Adheres to fixed studio timetable (no time flexibility).

Instruction via verbal cues and demonstration. Limited personal physical adjustments compared to private sessions. Practice alongside local community.

Entry to specific themed events (e.g., Dog Yoga, 108 Sun Salutations). Extended duration: 90 to 120 minutes.

Focus on social interaction and casual community atmosphere. Beginner-friendly flows adapted for the specific event theme.

Held at rotating venues including pet-friendly cafes, parks, or large studio spaces.
About Yoga Instruction
Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga isn’t about bending into impossible shapes or chasing perfection. For me, it’s about accepting yourself, stiff joints and all. I keep things real - most people think their body is stiff, but it’s usually the mind that needs loosening up. The magic is in just showing up, breathing, and letting practice do its thing.
What My Classes Are Like
I teach Hatha Vinyasa yoga sessions, so expect a flowy vibe. We’ll move from pose to pose, syncing breath and movement. Some days we focus on strength - arm balances, core work. Other days, it’s about flexibility and mobility, especially for the spine. Breathwork for stress relief (pranayama) is a big part of what I do, and I like to end with a simple Om chant to clear out the mental cobwebs.
Who My Classes Are For
Beginner-friendly yoga classes are my jam, but I’ve worked with all sorts - total newbies, those wanting to deepen their abhyas (practice), expecting moms, kids, and even folks who want dog yoga (yes, really). Yoga is for everybody, no exceptions.
How We Practice
I offer personal yoga coaching at your home, studio group classes with all that collective energy, and occasional workshops like the 108 Sun Salutations challenge. If you’re in Mumbai, I probably teach somewhere near you.
My Real Talk
Don’t stress about getting poses perfect. Just arrive on the mat. Like they say, karat karat abhyas ke, jadmati hot sujan (keep practicing and you’ll surprise yourself). Breathe, practice, and let things unfold.

My Story
