Personal Coaching & Client Progress
I offer personal yoga coaching at your home, where we can focus entirely on your needs and pace. This is where we see the most direct transformation, whether you're a beginner finding your footing or an experienced practitioner deepening your abhyas. These sessions show my work with clients, including some familiar faces, on their personal yoga journeys.
Advanced Practice: Inversions & Arm Balances
Many people see advanced poses and think "I can't do that." But I believe these asanas are not about perfection; they are about the journey of building strength, focus, and courage. This collection showcases the arm balances, handstands, and headstands that are part of a dedicated practice.
Hatha Vinyasa: Building Flow & Flexibility
My classes are rooted in Hatha Vinyasa, a style that connects each movement to the breath. We flow from one pose to the next to build heat, flexibility, and a meditative state of mind. This collection shows various sequences and poses that focus on spinal mobility, deep stretches, and the graceful dance of a Vinyasa practice.
Group Sessions & Workshops
There is a powerful, shared energy that comes from practicing in a group. I lead studio classes and special workshops where students of all levels can come together to move, breathe, and learn. This is where we build a community, or sangha, and support each other's growth.
Yoga for Everybody
My deepest belief is that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience. I've had the joy of teaching total beginners, children, and even leading dog yoga sessions. This collection celebrates the universal and adaptable nature of the practice.
Additional Work
While yoga is my primary practice, I believe in holistic fitness. This includes other forms of movement that build functional strength and support a healthy, active lifestyle.
