Yoga is not about bending into shapes, it is about being present. Whether you are a beginner, a parent, or simply looking to find balance, I offer sessions that focus on breath, flow, and self-acceptance.

About Yoga for Everybody

If you think your body is too stiff for yoga, that is usually just your mind creating resistance. In my sessions, we do not chase perfect posture or advanced inversions. Instead, we focus on Hatha Vinyasa flows that adapt to your daily energy levels, ensuring that whether we are practicing in a private session at your home or in a group at the studio, you are building a sustainable practice that feels good.

My approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the mat is a safe space for everyone. I have taught children, seniors, and even led dog-friendly yoga sessions, because the vibration of breath and movement should be accessible to all.

My Teaching Philosophy

I teach Hatha Vinyasa, which means we connect every movement to your breath (pranayama). It is a meditative flow. Some days we focus on strength, working through arm balances and core conditioning. On other days, we prioritize flexibility and spinal mobility to release the tension of daily life. We always end with an Om chant to settle the nervous system.

How We Can Practice

  • Personal Home Training: I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area for 1-on-1 sessions. This is ideal if you want a routine customized to your specific needs, whether you are recovering from an injury or just starting out.
  • Duo Private Sessions: Practice with a friend or partner. We use partner-assisted stretches to deepen the work and keep the energy high.
  • Studio Group Classes: I hold regular sessions at Tangerine Arts Studio in Bandra West. This is perfect if you want to soak up the collective energy of a community (sangha).
  • Workshops: Join me for occasional themed events, like our 108 Sun Salutation challenges, designed to push your boundaries in a supportive community setting.

Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up.
